GUIDELINES:
1. Property must be located within the Tanyard Neighborhood.
2. Property owner must sign a copy of the CARES CONTRACT which stipulates owner will care for/water the tree.
3. Trees may be planted within a maximum 25 feet of public right-of-way on private property. All locations must be approved
4. Trees may be selected from the following list, PROTECTED TREE LIST, as referenced in the City of Pensacola Land Development Code:
